Transitions are hard! Today we talk about some of our life transitions we are going through, and how we have tried to balance our businesses and friendship while having major changes and stresses in our lives. When people lose babies late in pregnancy or shortly after birth, it can seem impossible to cope. It also can feel impossible to support someone through their grief. In this episode we interview Gina about the loss of her daughter Phoebe and discuss some considerations to take into account when there is a loss late in pregnancy.

Grief and loss are so hard. So many people go through pregnancy loss everyday, but the subject can tend to be very hush hush. This sometimes leaves the people going through it feeling very isolated.
