Bracey describes the current status of the VR gaming  and what the future of the industry looks like.

I provide a full run down of most of the moves made by teams during the first week of free agency. I provide some insight on the biggest signings and trades that have occurred so far.

The Bears have been very busy within the first few days of Free Agency. I recap and grade all of their moves so far. I also tell Bears fans to calm down and give Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy a chance to form a team for the 2020 season.

There is a lot of excitement for the White Sox in 2020. However, we need to discuss reasonable expectation for this team in their first year contending for the playoffs in a long time. I also give my take on whether or not Rick Renteria is on the hot seat this year.

My pal Jason Hutchison calls in to talk about the Cubs in 2020. I thought Jason was going to spread some positivity and try to convince that it will be a good season for the team. However, he seems to be as pessimistic as me.

Lester Wiltfong from Windy City Gridiron joined the show to preview the Bears' busy offseason with me. We discussed the moves the Bears need to make in both free agency and in the draft. We also debate what players should be re-signed and if any trades should be made.

The 2020 MVP talk has heated up recently, so I decided to give my take. I make the case for both LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo. 

We are just a few weeks away from the start of NFL Free Agency. Rumors were swirling around during the Scouting Combine. I give my take on those rumors and preview all the major decisions have to make in the next 2 months.

Josh and I discuss the playoff battles in both conferences. We predict which teams make it and which teams don't. We also discuss some of the trade deadline moves. Josh and I both agree that change needs to come to the Blackhawks and that their future still remains unknown.

I give my take on the Blackhawk's actions at the Trade Deadline. For me, this was the final straw with GM Stan Bowman. I think change needs to come to the front office after this season.

ESPN 1000's Johnathan Hood joins the show to give his take on the current state of the Bulls. We both evaluate the roster and coach Jim Boylen. Johnathan and I address the rumors of change coming to the front office after this season.

I finally give my take on the Astros' cheating scandal and why they deserve to have their title stripped. I also try to put the spotlight on the people of Houston, who were deceived by their own team in their time of need.

Zach Keilman, host of the Football for All Podcast, calls in to discuss the how the first 3 weeks of the XFL have gone. We discuss the unique rules and media coverage of the games. We talk about the quality of play and give out takes on what the league needs to do going forward in order to survive and grow.

I give my thoughts on the newest rumors about the Bulls making changes to the front office.  Despite changes coming, I am not pleased with the plan that is rumored to happen at the end of the season.

Did Matt Nagy and Ryan Pace take notes during the Super Bowl? In this segment I'll explain what the should have learned from watching both teams play....hopefully.

Josh and I preview the upcoming NHL Trade Deadline. We look at which teams will be buyers and who will be selling by February 24.
