Jesus responds to James & John and their mother when approached about sitting near him in his kingdom and glory. We explore the differences in the passage and the commitments we make to the Lord.

Paul admonishes Timothy around contentment and how people will get fooled/ensnared by money, which is born out of a lack of faith in the Lord's sufficient provision.

1 Chronicles 10-12 gives us God’s perspective on three components of a scrappy army which transitioned a kingdom from a wicked ruler (Saul) to a righteous man after God’s heart (David).
