We begin the year with our vision series and a "vision for your future". Pastor Nick looks at our tendency to be intense in the short term, but inconsistent in the long term. He also spills his coffee - don't miss this one!

Mark 1: 16-20; Throughout the Bible we see how God transformed the lives of those who responded to his call. God has a vision for your life. What could your life look like in 5 years if you were to take God’s hand and give him your life?

Pastors Nick and Mike discuss the humanity of Jesus and the history of the discussion around it, as well as why it matters for us today, in this week's Sermon Extra.

The little we know about Jesus’ childhood reveals some important aspects of his humanity and his mission, which have profound implications for us today.

Jesus is the light of the world who came to save us from the power of death, and lead us into the light of life.

At the birth of John the Baptist, Zechariah, his father, curiously spoke joyfully not about the birth of his own son, but the birth of another child: Jesus, the source of his hope and ours.

Jesus came not only to be a good example and a great teacher, but to put an end to our greatest and final enemy: death.

The killing of the innocents by Herod the Great is a chapter of the Christmas story which is often skipped over, but it illuminates important aspects of who Jesus was and why He came: the promised Savior who came to defeat evil and reconcile us to God.

"...casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." One of many great thoughts in 1 Peter 5. We conclude 1 Peter with a look at Satan, our adversary, and though He might seem dangerous, He is more bark than bite.

Peter concludes his first letter with a warning about the enemy of our souls and some key strategies he uses against us, along with how we can avoid these traps by the strength of “the God of all grace.”

Peter 4:12-19 speaks once again to the subject of sufferings, but there are also a couple of interesting verses in Vs.17 and 18. Join Pastor Nick for this discussion and more.

As you walk with God, your life may not always be “a walk in the park,” but if you are in Christ your suffering will not meaningless; God will redeem it and use it for good.

Continuing through our series in 1st and 2nd Peter we come to 1 Peter 3:18 - 4:11 and Jesus preaching to dead spirits. Join Pastors Nick and Mike to find some understanding with this very interesting text.

The Christian life is not about reformation but resurrection, and resurrection requires a death in order for rebirth to take place. In this section, Peter describes what it means to live the resurrected life here on Earth.
