In this episode, I discuss all things scotch whisky. The regions of Scotland, the flavor notes that you can expect from scotch, why it isn't spelled whiskey, and what is necessary to be considered a Scotch whisky. 

In this episode, my guests, Bryce and Autumn, review my favorite beginner bourbon, Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. We do a full review, and I walk through the elements of a good beginner bourbon.
