What Shall I Render

God's love, eternal life, and His Holy Spirit are bound together in His redemptive purpose for us in His Son.

Let the truth of God, in Christ, give you the proper view of things: Victory over the world is ours in Christ Jesus, the Son (1 Jn 5:4). We know God can do all things, no purpose of God's can be thwarted (Job 42:2). All that surrounds us to discourage us cannot defeat our God!!

Walking around in love we reflect the love God has given us in His Son (Eph 5:1-2; 2 Cor 5:14-15).

The love of God is powerful. It can bring enemies to be friends, give life to the dead, and transform hearts and lives! God's plan has always been in His love. (Jn 3; Eph 1; and 1 Jn 4)

Jesus came to this world and brought peace, a peace so powerful it can free our minds of fear and our hearts from worry. His peace is life giving! (Luke 2:1-14; Eph 2:14)

Jesus is the Light of the world. He is in us by His Spirit. Believing Him, we find gratitude and faith to reflect Him in a dark world. (Eph 5:8-20).

God's love is not a human emotion; it is the life giving power and purpose granted us in His Son!

We live in a physical world, and faith has always called God's people to work through, face, the circumstances of life through deeds that reflect trust in Him. God's purpose, however, has never been merely outward and physical.

It is our nature to look at ourselves, be impressed with ourselves, and even to depend on ourselves and the power of our emotions. Faith calls us to Christ Jesus and God's work in Him, NOT to ourselves.

God has given us spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus. Spiritual blessings that glorify Him and work to accomplish His purpose in our lives (Eph 3).

The peace God gives in Christ Jesus is practical and powerful beyond anything this world offers. Peace in Christ is Real Peace. He, Himself is our peace (Eph 2:14).

One of our greatest spiritual blessings in the Son is that God has seated us with Christ in the heavenly realms. (Eph 2)

Christ Jesus is the eternal plan of God's redemption. He was always the plan. The law of Moses was never God's plan for redemption. Peace and life come only through the Son.

It is not enough to know what Jesus said and did. We must know the truth about Who He is, understand what that means, and be willing to trust Him and His work to free us from sin (Jn 8).

We should be thankful to God for His faithfulness to keep His promises and His power to accomplish His purpose (Ezekiel 36).

God is the God of peace, hope, and redemption. He promises these to us in Christ Jesus, His Son. God is faithful, and He will do it. Be thankful for that! (1 Thess 5:16-22)

God's purpose and work accomplished in Christ, holds power and hope for everyday relationships and life - Ephesians.

Considering what God gives, does, and promises in Christ Jesus in Ephesians 1 and 2.

Jesus revelation to John, the apostle, was a revelation of Himself. Jesus told John " Do not be afraid...", because Jesus is exactly who He claims to be! (Rev 1:17-18)

God did not predetermine some people to be saved and some to be lost. He predestined "how" He would save those who choose faith. Christ Jesus has always been God's plan to save sinners! (Eph 1-3; 1 Pet 1:18)

God has done what He purposed in Christ Jesus, redemption. Redemption accomplishes all that we needed and more than we could ask or imagine. (Eph 1-3)

Many will try to present their deeds for God on the day of judgment. Only those who do the will of the Father will enter heaven. What is, doing the will of the Father? (Matt 7:15-21; Jn 6:28-29; 1 Thess 1:3)

Jesus asks His followers many questions, questions that are to be contemplated daily, questions that are to forge our lives in our answers daily. John 11:26 is such a question, "Do you believe this?"

The gospel calls us to believe and trust, not just Christ's power but also His love and concern for us.

Christ's sacrifice, His enthronement, conquering of sin, death, and the grave, allay our fears (Rev 4; 5; 6:2)!
