From 2004-  Richard Thieme, author of "Islands in the Clickstream: Reflections on Life in a Virtual World."  (In May of 2021, Thieme released a follow-up book titled "The Best of Islands in the Clickstream."  Thieme has been writing his column on the affect of new technologies since the mid 1990s.

This is a Christmas special that was conceived by WGTD volunteer Jean Evans back in the early 1990s.   It has not aired in at least 20 years. It combines distinctive Christmas music and poetry.

One of our favorite interviews from 2021:  Olympian Jordan Windle and his father Jerry Windle spoke with us right before Jordan headed to Tokyo to represent the U.S. in the 10-meter platform diving event.  Jerry adopted Jordan from an orphanage in Cambodia, and the two of them collaborated on a beautiful children's book titled "An Orphan No More."
