This Christmas may the humility of Mary and the humility that brought God to earth in the form of a child shape our response to him — now and always.

Even when life feels neither merry nor bright, you don’t have to opt out of Christmas. The story of Jesus’ birth reminds us that God does His perfect work in imperfect settings — and your life is no exception.

Jesus invites us to remain in him by living out his command to love others the way he loves us. And when we do, we stay connected to the Vine, who strengthens our lives so that we might bear lasting fruit. 

Don’t let your heart be troubled. Look to the One who never shifts. Jesus — the Way, the Truth, and the Life — invites you to trust him and discover the hope that only he can give. 

Resurrection isn’t just a future event; it’s a present reality in Jesus. Because he is the resurrection, he offers a foretaste of eternal life right now. When we pursue him, we step into real, renewed life today, shaped by the hope of tomorrow.

We’re all being shepherded by something—shaped by the voices we let guide us. But only one Shepherd leads us toward life every time. He’s good. He’s trustworthy. And he’s worth following.

A gate has one job: let in what belongs and keep out what doesn’t. When Jesus says, “I am the gate, ” that’s both incredibly good news and a serious reality check. He is the only way to the Father — the open door for anyone who trusts in him. But apart from him, there is no entry. 

Darkness doesn’t just exist around us—it exists within us. We try to enlighten ourselves through education, success, or self-improvement, but human effort can’t dispel the darkness of the soul. Jesus alone is the true and eternal light. When we follow him, we’re not just guided out of darkness—we’re transformed by his presence and called to reflect his light to the world.

You were made for more than temporary satisfaction. The things you work for, the applause you crave, the comfort you seek — they fade. But Jesus doesn't. He is the Bread of Life, offering lasting fulfillment for every heart that comes to him.

We were dead in our sins … but God. To no credit of our own, but due entirely to Jesus’ gift of grace, we are saved.

God’s invitation into his family isn’t reluctant, begrudging, or half-hearted. It’s intentional. Through Christ, he adopted us – with arms wide open and the delight of a proud Father. We are not overlooked. We are not accidental. We are chosen. Wanted. Loved. And that changes everything.

Humility. It’s the way of Jesus—and ours, too. True humility resists selfishness, values others above ourselves, and shifts the focus from our own achievements to God’s glory. Practice humility today.

When truth becomes optional, the damage is unavoidable — lives, relationships, and trust all suffer. That’s why we’re called to make truth our obsession: to live it, speak it, and stand on it. And how do we get there? By walking with Jesus – the way, the truth, and the life.

When complaining becomes a habit, gratitude is the remedy. A thankful heart chooses to see God’s hand at work – even when his blessings seem hidden.

Jesus wants to break your chains and help you walk in newfound freedom. Let him do it by surrendering your life to him in baptism. What is holding you back?

We live in a broken world, surrounded by unanswered questions and unresolved problems. But that doesn’t mean life is meaningless. When we place each day—and every season—in God’s hands, we discover purpose, peace, and depth in the midst of it all.

Scripture reminds us that our lives are like a mist—here for a moment and gone the next. We can’t afford to live with a false sense of control or in constant fear of the end. Instead, we’re invited to respond with daily surrender and worship. Let each moment of your life be a declaration: God, every moment I have belongs to You.

In a world overflowing with choices, decision fatigue is real. But we don’t have to navigate it alone. With God’s wisdom, we can move forward with clarity and confidence—whether the decision is big or small.

Entitlement doesn’t just target the ultra-successful—it can sneak in no matter how much or little you’ve had. So, when success shows up in any form, remember: every good gift is from God. Let your success always reflect His goodness, not just your greatness.

Entertainment is a gift meant to refresh us—but when it takes center stage in our lives, it can quietly turn into a god. It starts calling the shots, consuming our time, shaping our priorities, and pulling us away from what truly matters. If entertainment is driving you toward escape and robbing you of the fruitful life God wants for you, listen up.
