A special Thanksgiving Eve episode for you. We look back at the Minnesota game and keep riding the wild QB carousel. With only the LOLHat to play for this weekend, we look at Illinois and then discuss rivalry week in general. Speaking of carousels and amusement parks, the Men's Basketball team looks like they are going to be a roller coaster this non-conference season.

While it wasn't a surprise that Northwestern beat UMass, it was still nice to see a win. Tonight, we look deeper at some storylines from the game and a comparison to the last season that we had a quarterback battle. Next, we preview this weekend's Minnesota game where we try to play spoiler.

While it wasn't a complete and total bummer of a game, NU still came away from the matchup with another L on the record. There were some positive takeaways though including the faintest heartbeat of an offense. With a woeful UMass squad coming into Evanston this weekend, let's see what kind of momentum the Cats can muster going into the end of the season.

This week, instead of going over the Indiana game point by point, we start to look ahead at possible new offensive coordinators assuming that McCall is not at NU next year. We also have Purdue coming to Evanston this week and we discuss reasons to stay positive at the game.

In this episode, the action on the field takes a back seat to the news of Hunter Johnson's family illness and how that has affected him the past month or so. In light of this news, we need to re-evaluate how we have perceived Fitz's vagueness on the QB situation. We also look ahead to Indiana, a team with a solid offense but the weakest D we have seen in several weeks.

Despite the terrible game action, we actually had a wonderful time at this game. Tonight, we welcome in Chris and Gary from the Winning Cures Everything podcast to reminisce about the weekend before we look ahead to Homecoming against Iowa.

After a Bye Week, the skies are clouding as the incoming hurricane from Columbus heads towards Evanston. It's Ohio State week and the Buckeyes look fearsome. Can the Cats finally find some offensive rhythm and make this a contest?

Another week, another disappointing performance by the Northwestern offense. The second bye week is upon us, but the storm clouds of the following Friday night's visit by Ohio State are floating in on the horizon. Is there any reason to think anything is going to change offensively for the Cats over this week off?

Frustrations abound with the Northwestern offense after another lackluster game plan against Wisconsin. The defense balled out, but giving up 2 defensive scores to Wisconsin really drove the final nail in the coffin. Will a porous Nebraska defense be the cure for what ails the Cats?

In one of the worst performances we've seen from the Wildcats in quite some time, are there any positives or silver linings to take away? What about this weekend's game against Wisconsin? It's not all doom and gloom though, but it's a good cathartic experience.

To quote former NU Head Coach Denny Green, UNLV was who we thought they were! Northwestern took care of business against the Rebels and showed enough to hopefully put to bed many of the concerns we had coming out of Stanford. But with MSU and their terrifying defense coming up this weekend, what can we expect to see on Saturday?

After a much needed bye week for us to all quiet our minds and take some breaths after the Stanford game, we gear up for UNLV and the Northwestern home opener.
