We live in a world that loves Christmas time, but in many ways, it’s lost touch with the heart and true meaning of the season. This Sunday, we’ll be looking at the prophecies found in Isaiah concerning the coming Messiah. These prophecies reveal God’s heart, which in turn shows us the heart of Christmas.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! This Sunday, we kick off the season by looking at the story that changed the course of human history. It’s not just “A” Christmas story, it’s “The” Christmas story.

The Holy Spirit is more than an accessory; He’s a necessity in life. Through Him, there is wisdom, power, direction, discernment, and a lifeline to the presence of God. Today, we’ll wrap up our DNA series as we focus on our Core Beliefs as a church. Biblical doctrine and theology matter. We will look at what we believe and why we believe it!

Last Sunday, we began a new teaching series titled “DNA,” specifically looking at who we are as a church and what we are becoming. This week is part 2, as we discuss our Core Values and how they apply to the ministry and mission of Wenatchee First Assembly.

Today, we begin a new three-week series titled “DNA”. Simply put, DNA is the genetic information inside every human that makes people who they are. But did you know the church contains “spiritual” DNA that defines its mission and calling? Join us as we discuss and discover God’s future plans for WFA.

This week, we conclude our Heroes of Faith series by looking at the life of Peter. Peter’s life is a story of transformation. He went from being an impulsive fisherman to a fearless apostle who helped establish the early church. Despite his weaknesses, God’s grace empowered him to fulfill his divine calling.

Welcome to part five in our series, “Heroes of Faith.” So far, we’ve looked at the lives of Noah, Abraham, Elisha & Moses. Today, we turn our attention to David, “a man after God’s own heart,” and learn some lessons from his life that will inspire us in our journey of faith.

Over the last two months, we’ve studied Paul’s letters to the Philippian church. This Sunday, we’re going back to the event that changed Paul’s life and made him an apostle of Christ. 

As we conclude our series in the book of Philippians, Paul describes joy that’s found in generosity.  

In a world of anxiety and worry, people are constantly searching for peace. As we move into the final chapter in Philippians, Paul describes the joy we can experience through God’s peace.

As we continue our series in Philippians, we’ll read some of Paul’s most well-known words in all the Bible. Let’s run the race as he did, with our eyes focused on the finish line!
