Pastor Jerry speaks on the importance and value of “authentic community” here at Wenatchee First Assembly.

As the baseball season opens, Pastor Jerry finds three quick and to-the-point reminders from Paul’s writing to the church in Corinth that apply to baseball and our Christian life.  We will learn how these three priorities, or areas of focus, will guide us through each day.   

This week the question that will be posed is, “Does the resurrection affect you?”  Today we will feature communion, special music, media, and a video testimony of a total transformation of one of our members.  Come expecting to experience the power of His resurrection in our individual lives and in our midst.

Today our Pastoral Team begins a new series on what we are thankful for this year. Pastor Jerry will be sharing this morning that he is thankful for the comfort of the Holy Spirit as we all are in some level of grief due to the pandemic and other cultural and societal factors.

Today we will examine Paul’s prayer for his persecuted brothers and sisters so that we might be better equipped to pray for persecuted believers around the world.

Today Pastor Allen speaks on the Mountain of Mercy and how God pursues us even when we might be acting like “stiff-necked Israelites”. There are always things in our lives that take up space that belongs to God. How can we be searching for ways to better ourselves and our relationship with Jesus?

Today Pastor Jerry continues his teaching from Luke 6 regarding the way Jesus would want us to treat those that we don’t like, don’t agree with, and would rather not have to deal with. Warning: what Jesus asks us to do is counterintuitive to our feelings and is really hard to do without His help.
