It's Embodiment Sunday in the Spiritual Rhythms for Real Life series. Listen in as Pastor Keeyon guides us together as a community through Simplicity. We encourage you to incorporate a Simplicity practice today. May we remember, although we are physically separate as we practice Simplicity, we remain connected by the Spirit in this communal spiritual practice.

We are halfway through considering spiritual rhythms that can be practiced in the midst of our lived realities, individually and communally. This Sunday we consider the spiritual practice of simplicity.

It's Embodiment Sunday in the Spiritual Rhythms for Real Life series. Pastor Keeyon guides us together as a community through the four postures of Lectio Divina. Lectio Divina is an ancient practice of listening deeply to the voice of God speaking through the sacred texts. This practice creates space and cultivates in us the ability to be fully present to the holy call that emerges from the text.
