We’ve seen it all this year from a Presidential impeachment and a global pandemic, to a massive civil rights movement and economic innovation. This year is one for the books, but maybe in the best way possible.

What gets in the way of communicating about our health? Are we timid? Overzealous? Do we feel heard? Look, it’s as simple as this: no one will advocate for you but you.

Comparing ourselves to other women can seem harmless enough, even like we’re trying to improve ourselves. But really, we end up in a negative place more than not. So why do we even do it?

Like a baby deer figuring out its legs, we’re re-emerging from COVID-19. What lessons have we learned and what are things we might actually miss from being socially isolated? We’re about to find out.
