We're back at it X) Sorry for missing last two weeks, didn't manage to keep it up. I'm back from vacation and today we've had a jam after more than a month. Felt great. Since @dreat wasn't able to join today - I was playing drums I need to practice more because they're fun @lecroquemonsieur is on bass :3 Phew, that's this week, and now it's time for me to ca...

i spent this week the sickest i've ever been in my life i opened some old files and started playing with some cool sounds i never did much with reworked a song circa 2008 titled "tomorrow girl" asked myself "what would space song by beach house do" (the base song is older than space song by beach house) idk i am heavily medicated and for all i know i'm still fever dre...

Busy week so I didn't have a ton of time, so I'm back at my speed[you decide what word] ambient shenanigans. All M8, again with resampling and detuning and stuff. Hope you enjoy, and have a great week, pals! 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

Not sure these are chords that work together, but put something down while messing around on the guitar and went with it. Got to writing about getting older and used more words than would fit. 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

Made for the Friendly Sample Challenge, this is a remix of Dustsucker's Dikke Vent. The original is a rap about growing up to be a fat guy. My remix adds a new instrumental and a verse from me running with the idea. I haven't rapped or (despite living near ATL for years) made trap, so this was two new challenges for me › Lyrics for the Sleepside Verse‹ Lyrics for the Sleepsid...

Was just trying some different picking patterns to break it up a little, and just improv'ed some silly riffs 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial (BY-NC)

In this track I was practising some music theory ideas I learnt about how to connect chords and make them transition a bit more smoothly. Also I was trying to go a bit deeper with a plugin that I've had for a while but not used so much - Filterverse 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

i was busy with my day job (how awful), so this week it’s just some hastily thrown-together nonsense 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial (BY-NC)

All the sounds in this speedtrash are manipulations of the vocals from Dusksucker's great track. 2026 CC Attribution Share Alike (BY-SA)

I wanted to try a few things, like some Hypersynth chords, maybe a gated-reverb snare....and that was all I really had time for. This one's pretty simple, so I'm not sure how it ballooned into 3.5 minutes. The main theme (if there is one) gets repeated by almost every instrument at one point or another. That's not laziness, that's a "motif." 2026 CC Attribution Noncom...

What a week - Super strapped for time, but managed to get something out - not a crazy big production, but I think a nice demo/stripped back song - might spend more time on this at some point in the distant future. This is, I suppose, about the early experiences of becoming a parents for the second time - revisiting some of the stresses and strains of early parenthood, having gotten into a routine...

Hey Siri! Make me a tune! M8 tracker was released on iOS(!!!), so I celebrated by prompting my brain to make this. Hopefully my proficiency with M8 will accelerate now. 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

Cleaned up an old beat from my Kinetic days. This is more melancholic but it shares the main themes between Momenta and the Tiger’s leitmotifs. Had a blast going through this again to post! I’ll try to post more themed stuff so you guys get a sense of what I mean over time! Fall is in full force, for those that love Pumpkin Spice, fall leaves in your area, here’s one for you. 🍂🍁 🍃 2026 CC Attri...

oops, i'm finally in a home of my own again, with a roof over my head, not quite used to this yet, thought i'd try to take more time on this week's weeklybeats, but then... just kinda... fizzled on it... stumped with the bass sound, didn't finish the beat properly(could've used another layer), didn't really make the 'bell' sound in the middle there work reas...

This was a bit of a wild week. Obscene work days and a jam with Djippy! Jam was fun! I was unprepared, but had a good time with Djippy and Niko. I didn't have the time this week to go through the recordings we got, so I whipped up something quick with my epiano, and my jazzmaster. Happy week 38 pals! 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

Coming up on 10 years of making music and it has culminated in me making clothing store music. Hoping I can get on Epidemic Sound (there is a deep pit in my soul) 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial Share Alike (BY-NC-SA)

On Friday, I went to a little event in a bar, called Resample. The idea is simple: the organizers choose a record, and people have an hour to make something out of it: a track, a very short live set/beat set etc. For the occasion I had an enormous pleasure to get my M8 out again. Time to try the new OS version and get back my muscle memory! People were pretty amused to see a guy with a M8, and pre...

something random again as have been very busy so not much ability to focus on music right now, once again something is better than nothing. this was a jam taken from a pool of demo things i did for a noise engineering granular FW ive been working on, enjoy 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial Share Alike (BY-NC-SA)

I'm getting so much mileage out of granular delays, good lord. Those brass chords are barely recognizable. The whole track is just bringing more stuff to that 8 bar chord sequence and the little shimmers help glue it together :3 2026 CC Attribution Share Alike (BY-SA)
