technically i can't speak on the full of week 40, but from the time of this entry (wednesday noonish), we are feeling hopeful. i think this song reflects that. a change perhaps. a fluctuation might be too complete, so perhaps we can say 'in flux' for now. i am really thankful for the kindness that comes in from y'all. as someone who tends to shy away from the gaze of the genera...

Genuinely one of my favourite ever Piano compositions. This one came around as a total accident, I was trying to play some other big chord and hit the first one and from that first ooh I was in! This is about the idea of home not necessarily being a place but a person, enjoy! 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

A peppy lofi groove to kick off the fall season. Hi friends. › Production notes‹ Production notes Cheat link submission this week. I was really busy last week prepping to DJ a wedding on Saturday and also DJing the wedding for like 8 hours straight. It was a lot of work and a lot of fun to get all my friends and family dancing to music that was meaningful to them :). I also spent way too much time listening to wedding pop music and n...

Ahahah, once again last second upload Spent today playing with recently built pedal, and figuring out how to rearrange the pedalboard I've built this kit, which is a tube preamp based on matchless hotbox. With an intention of replacing my "anp modeler" (valeton gp5 with some nam capture). So now I can move some things around, properly put time based fx after a preamp, put looper at...

This was weird week. At first I was stoked my band was going to be playing a pretty big show on Saturday, opening for moony. The show was canceled due to moony's touring logistics, broken down van, a bunch of canceled shows. Then my plans to see Temples live fell through. In the meantime we have new releases and now we are trying to play the 'content' game. I'd rather just make...

› Production notes‹ Production notes Another quick track made almost exclusively on the m8 ios app this week. I'm still busy with traveling, but I tried to put together a trance-like track. Also a bit of playing around with making melodies from inverted chord notes. Submitting it at the very last minute. Go speed treasure crew go! Thanks for listening! I'm gonna be a little s...

Had my Bday September 22nd, time flies, been having both one of the best times of my life, but also have that feeling it won't always last. This beat gives me some really good vaporwave nostalgia vibes. I hope you also like the more deep fall feels. <3 Done with one of my best friends Marshall. Three quarters done! Starting to feel the burn-out and almost dropped out this week. But I'm still here and I'm actually quite satisfied with this little track. 2026 CC Attribution Share Alike (BY-SA)

Man, I keep naming my projects after the wrong week, for like the 8th week in a row... I thought it was week 40 this week, oops! I've been wanting to produce a hardcore-like track, so here goes. Needed that happy piano line in my life. I tried to do a gabber-style kick with lots of distortion but gave up early on. Lots of ideas and techniques still to explore in future weeks, if I want to kee...

Lots of Valheim this week so I can hear big influences there.  Got this one in under the wire I've been figuring out how to finish guitars with nitrocellulose lacquer - daunting, exhausting, probably not worth it but I had to at least try.  Definitely understand why folks charge what they do in order to do this kind of work - same with fretwork.  I probably lack the patience fo...
