Christmas is a season where mental health is under serious pressure. As part of our emphasis on developing an inner life we have put major emphasis on creating a love relationship with the Triune God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Part of the inner life is to pay attention to our desires and wants. The commandment do not covet is central to this conversation. Going after things we think we want can keep us from being aware of and pursuing what are our deepest, truest wants.

Parents need to develop 3 keys through a relationship with the Holy Spirit, in order to become the Godly influence our family needs. These keys will then help our children in turn learn to honor and obey us and the Lord.
