Talk of the newest season of Bridgerton dominates this week’s podcast (not to worry, there’s no real spoilers discussed!) but we do manage to hit on other topics including what we’re watching lately and we did manage a bit of Arrow talk to boot so this is a stacked episode, you guys!

Who’s afraid of the big bad bat?? Not us. We spend most of our time talking Batman. ALL the Batmen. And why the new Batman is top shelf. Turns out, focusing on Bruce makes a great movie. Who knew! We also talk some Bridgerton and also manage to dive into Taylor Swift (shocker). It’s a good time.

We’re back this week, discussing parenting and war and oh yeah, television! Love is Blind is the big topic and we have a lot to say about season two, namely about how Shake is a terrible person and Deepti is a queen. Ahem.

We’re back to send off this year by discussing Yellowstone, what we’ve watched recently and hang in there for the moment Calli discovers Betty White passed away. REAL GOOD TIMES, folks! Take this year and shove it.

We’ve got a HUMONGOUS episode this week! Since we’ll be taking a break next week for the holiday, we recommend splitting this one up to stretch out the podcast-y goodness. We tackle our favorite (and least favorite) Christmas movies and songs. We also take some time to discuss current tv and even manage to gripe about Barry. So on brand for us! For a week with no tv, we sure had a lot of tv to discuss! Jen rages about the Sex and the City reboot, Calli fills her in on Yellowstone and we gush about hot Jane Austen heroes. All in a week’s work, we say.

…and simmering with rage for Barry Allen (as per usual). This week we talk at length about Netflix’s soapy reality show, Selling Sunset (#TeamChrishell!) but we also make time to dish on New Amsterdam. Calli also gushes about the books she’s been reading and we finish up by trashing Barry and enjoying ourselves far too much.

Welcome to out Thanksgiving episode. We dish on the holiday, from football to food. But, of course, we also hit on some TV talk… mostly Yellowstone and Ted Lasso. Happy holidays, everyone!

This weeks episode is dedicated to Taylor Swift, that maestro of music and the author of more Olicity-favored songs than we can shake a stick at. We go through how we became fans and how amazing her recent success is, given all that’s gone on in her professional past. Even if you aren’t a fan (yet), it’s worth a listen. Calli convinces Jen to give Netflix’s Midnight Mass a shot, we talk over Jen’s binge of New Amsterdam where she’s discovered the origins of the “Casper” nickname, and we both express much relief that Arrow never killed off Felicity, where most other shows would have. Phew! Bullet dodged!

Okay, fair warning that most of our conversation this week is about New Amsterdam and Sharpwin. We discuss some of our binge as well as the season four premiere episode. We sprinkle in some Olicity and Emily Bett too so fret not!

That’s right. We’ve both joined the “Dam Fam”. While Calli is plowing through eps full throttle, Jen is taking. A more leisurely approach which you know me and we’ll be discussing the show for a good while. We also discuss Arrow and other shows and how much the school pick up thing is RIDICULOUS.

This week, we discuss a little bit of everything, including Netflix’s Clickbait, our condolences to Lucifer fans, our congrats to New Amsterdam fans, why we feel so protective of Arrow and Olicity and OH YEAH, have you started Yellowstone yet?? WHY NOT.

This week we discuss Calli’s COVID woes, Jen’s water baby, Stephen’s head-shaking podcast decisions, the Yellowstone trailer and other TV talk. It’s good. I promise.
