Who has your allegiance?

Ever had a situation where you needed God to show up immediately? Have you ever been stuck with no hope in sight? Ever found yourself wondering if God could hear you? Ever wished that God would say something, good or bad? 

How do you get God to come down in your situation? How do you invoke His presence? How do you sustain the presence of God? I am sure the answers come to mind, but are we doing what will bring the presence of God in our lives and situations?

Is it possible you are not spreading the good news of the Kingdom because it has been a long time you have experienced it? Can we saythere is nothing to tell on your part? Have you become numb to the gospel? What news is your life bearing? 

My friend, where do you stand? How do you give? Why do you give? Who do you give to? How showy are you in your giving? Do you give in fear? Is your giving an expression of your love?

Are you burdened by what you had to deal with inlife? Are you tired? Do you need to rest a while? Will some respite do? Does it look like you cannot find your way out?

We must keep reminding ourselves that our lives are to be lived to the Father’s glory. We are here on earth to know him and to make him known. Men are to see our good works and praise our Father, who is in heaven.

Do not write yourself off. You hold the key to human existence, to human deliverance. Your nation, family, and world are hungry, and you must discover the food. Take the step, look death, shame, pain, loss, disgrace, lack, sickness, etc., in the face and collect the deliverance. The good news is within your grasp, reach out and grab it.

HOW LONG, O LORD? Beloved, what are you battling with? How long has it robbed you ofyour inheritance in Christ? Where is your faith? How close to Jesus,are you now? What are your thoughts? What actions have you taken? Is Jesus feeling your touch? Can you see Him reach out to you?

MY NEIGHBOUR AND I Those who choose to live well must help others to live well, for the value of a life is measured by the lives it touches.

HELP IS ON THE WAY Have you ever been in a situation where you need to hear aninstruction, a command, an encouragement etc., and you hear nothing? The deadline is at hand, and nothing has shifted. What do you do?

The story of the woman caught in the very act of adultery. Never mind that the action could not have involved her alone; they dragged her to Jesus. 

His conception was in sin. No wonder he was almost never in the samespace with his brothers. How do you let the bastard hang around the legitimate children? 

How do you hear? Do you wait to gather all the facts before you take a step? Is your hearing selective? Is it possible that the nighttimes of your life are designed to protect you?
