Rich sits down with Dr. Blane Harding, who returns to campus for a second time with a series of presentations and group discussions focused on diversity and inclusion. The two discussed growing up in a neighborhood surrounded by history, the difference between equality and equity, and twelve years playing William the Slave (Episode 205).

Rich sits down a second time with alumnus Matt Tanney '05, who recently returned to his Alma Mater as the new Director of Athletics. They discuss why he chose English as a major, the differences between NCAA Divisions I, II and III, and how it feels to be the least successful member of the family (Episode 204).

This week, Rich sits down with three professors among those teaching this year's slate of Freshman Tutorial classes.
