Taylor & Perri
Voice Notes
Hi! And welcome to Voice Notes with Taylor & Perri, where we decided that the best way for us to tell our friends and family about our three month adventure abroad is to voice record ourselves processing our days (usually sitting in bed with brushed teeth and tired feet). We imagine some days we’ll have too many stories to tell, and other days we might not have much to say at all. But that’s the beauty of voice notes— we get to share (insert magnitude of significance) moments, and everything in between. We miss you, we love you, and we hope you laugh with us as we laugh at ourselves.

(I am very behind on these... so summary coming soon ;)
Day 31 28.03.2025 25:48
We open on Day 31, which also happens to be Opening Day for the Atlanta Braves — because what’s a global podcast adventure without a little MLB shoutout which turns into a shoutout to the realest fans laughing in their trucks. Noah & Chloe. Y’all are the reason this magic exists. From there, we spiral into the sociological impact of podcasting on baby voice usage. Apparently, this very podcast...
Day 30 28.03.2025 26:43
Today’s episode isn’t just a podcast. It’s a journey. A workout audio session. A 500+ stair, seven-phase, epic quest up a mountainside in the rain — recorded live, mid-hike, mid-pant, and with zero shame. We kick off strong with some scripture: “Who shall ascend the mountain?” Taylor asks, as if we’re not just trying to survive 30 minutes of cardio mid chat. Perri says Moses, which is kinda the wr...
Day 29 28.03.2025 22:02
It’s Day 29, and the craving spiral begins. They start naming all the food we miss like it’s roll call — Chipotle, Upbeet, Cookout trays, Cajun fries, and yes, even Moe’s gets a shoutout. Also we admit Ringo cookies are now part of the daily nutrition plan, because Oreos by any other name still taste like home. We then pivot to a soulful declaration of podcasting purity: “If this podcast becomes a...
Day 28 28.03.2025 17:10
It’s Day 28, and which leads us to 828, the sacred number that ties together feeling like God is near and a readiness to propose. We open strong with a shoutout to the legendaries Ally and Samantha, a bowling lot banger of a song, and a mush-fest about how awesome our friends are — so awesome. Why are all dreams either stressful or scary or just bad? Where are the flying whales and disco parties?...
Day 27 28.03.2025 5:01
In this high speed race against the clock (and productivity), we bring you a seven-minute-or-less podcast (definitely our speediest yet)! We open with a noble mission: say something before bedtime. And we do — oh, we do. The morning was a gentle symphony of socks, towels, and underpants flapping on clotheslines. Just kidding, no underpants because you don't wash those, right? By noon, we scooted d...
Day 26 23.03.2025 33:47
It's a giggler. Welcome to our wild ride along the Amalfi Coast—a journey filled with scenic views, big buses, and not throwing up. A few things for you to note: Italian bus schedules are like a suggestion, not a rule. We should've, would've, could've (but didn't) think about it being packed to the brim, as if everyone else in Italy had the same exact idea. Catch us snuggling the bus driver and bu...
Day 25 23.03.2025 27:25
"Hey everybody!" "Hey everybody!" Is 25 the perfect number? Maybe. It’s clean. It’s crisp. It’s Andruw Jones’ jersey number. It’s half of 50. It’s a quarter of a dollar. It just feels good. By the time you’re 25, you’ve made it. If you haven’t figured out your entire life by 25? Well… you’re late. You should’ve traveled the world. You should’ve discovered your passion. You should’ve filed your tax...
Day 24 23.03.2025 24:15
Welcome to another thrilling episode! Today face consequences that result in deciding to not eat dinner and that Taylor is potentially German & Argentinian, and of course we debate the true population of lizards on this fine island—five? Fifty? Five hundred? Census pending. In other news, we uncover a multimillionaire dream: fresh socks every week (because washed socks aren't good enough?), a...
Day 23 20.03.2025 29:53
Welcome to the podcast where we say things for 10 minutes and realize we weren't recording (ugh it's like we were just having a conversation or something). So then, you're under the pressure of, do we say the same thing again but with slightly more resentment? No. We started a new conversation and got to bring you along with us this time. This is technically episode 23, but in our hearts, it’s epi...
Day 22 20.03.2025 19:51
Welcome to two people trying to record a five-minute podcast and ending up at a number that's sizably more than that. Today we kick things off with Perri's actually pitiful whistling and I guess every time it didn't come out of my mouth I was surprised so I just kept trying... you're welcome. We then dive into a hard-hitting investigative report on the hierarchy of clowning, thanks to faithful li...
Day 21 18.03.2025 18:30
Welcome to the Amalfi Coast! We have officially stumbled upon a magical town just south of the tourist-packed Amalfi, where the air is fresh, the food is affordable, and the locals are wonderfully confused by our attempts at conversation and it's just the best ever. Taylor is bringing the funny stories today and Perri, per usual, is at a loss for words (or delay of words) from the magnitude of bea...
Day 20 18.03.2025 27:40
Okay, we know you came here for the street sermon but we forgot to record our usual street-walking session because it was cold, dark, and, frankly, we just didn’t think about you (yet). But we hopefully made up for it with some top-tier dilemmas—like whether they’d rather be a gladiator, a mime, or a recorder-playing orchestra member. Perri loves on the spot questions where she has to make a decis...
Day 19 18.03.2025 29:52
Welcome back! We start off with an impromptu, rough (yet enthusiastic) musical intro, followed by some classic podcasting dead air where we insist that listeners tell us about their day—while trying to give them actual time to respond. Embrace the awkwardness. After our "quality conversation" with you, we invent yet another app but it’s basically voice memos meets Marco Polo (the app not the per...
