How do you change your mind? From "how you think determines what you become," to "my joy is not based on what happens to me. My joy is based on what Christ is doing in and through me," Pastor Chris walks us through the steps it takes to change our minds from a Biblical perspective.

We think up to 60,000 per day. Studies have suggested that up to 80% of the thoughts we think are negative. Do you find this to be true? Do you struggle with believing who God says you are or what He can do in and through you? You aren't alone. Moses struggled with this too.
