Today, we are looking at the idea of resolutions. Should we be setting New Year's resolutions or just making the changes when we identify them? We're going to focus on the virtue and not so much of the worldly things.

Today's topic is about when Christmas hurts. Maybe you are dealing with grief or loss and the joy of Christmas is hard to find. Let's discuss the joy, hope, peace, and love that the Advent season is all about.

Today’s topic is about the utility of boredom.  Have you ever heard a child utter the phrase,“I’m bored…” or maybe you have said it yourself.  Is boredom a result of our modern-daydistractions or has this been an ongoing problem for many years?  We’ll talk about how we can take everythought captive and use the times of ‘boredom’ to honor God.

The discussion today is around the idea of gratitude and contentment. How can families cultivate gratitude when the whole world around us seems to be driven by consumerism? How can we be more content with the possessions we have?

What does perseverance in the family look like and how do we cultivate it? You may be surprised to hear this, but it starts with the parents. To be better at persevering, one must also have something to persevere in.

How do we deal with difficult social issues? How do you determine which side is the "right side"?

In this episode, we are diving into some of the reasons why kids leave the faith and how to address some of those reasons. We also talk about some of the ways to "test the soil" in, not only our children's lives, but also our own.

Today, we're on the topic of indoctrination and defending the faith.

Last week we talked about forgiveness and as a follow-up from that, repentance is a necessity in the family. Truly repenting and turning away from the wrongs we have committed is an integral part of the home.

Today, Nick, Thomas, and Thomas will talk about the process of forgiveness and showing how to forgive those who have wronged us. The process can be difficult at times, but with prayer and seeking God's guidance, we can find that forgiveness. Along with that, how do we show our children how to properly forgive each other, friends, and even their parents.

Today, Thomas and Thomas talk about the necessity of separating from the noise and being silent. With all of the distractions we have in our daily lives now, finding silence should be a priority.
