We need to have faith in God, not a casual faith but the kind of faith that will stand firm and not change our attitude when things happen. Faith is the evidence of the unseen, it puts our trust and reliance on a living god that never changes and is true to his word.

Ps Edwin Fillies shared a significant word this Sunday, which was titled “Finish Well”. To finish well we need to have vision, build multigenerational, disciple every sphere of society, and share the word of God in every mother tongue. He unpacks each of these points to equip us to finish well.

This week Ps Louis Els shared a significant word with us, titled “The Season of Glory and New Life ”. We read in Isaiah 60 that God is calling us to Arise as His people. Ps Louis unpacks what this arising looks like, what keeps us from arising, and what can help us to get beyond the things that are stopping us from arising.

This week we had the privilege of having Dr. Derek Morphew with us. He shared excellent teaching on the "Big Story" of the gospel. He shared on the Kingdom of God, and how we can view the world through the lens of the gospel.

This week Marno Jansen shared a word titled “At Home in His Presence”. We need to be at home in God's presence, God's word, community, and in God's love. We realize our need for connection and dependency. Apart from God, we can do nothing but in His presence and fellowship with Him, we bear much fruit. With God all things are possible.

This week Ps Louis Els shared a word on “The Power of the Gospel”. There are three important ways to release the power of God within spiritual warfare: Praise, prayer, and the gospel. God wants us to not be ashamed of the Gospel - the Gospel that gives life, freedom, and hope; the Gospel that brings conviction to change and bear fruit.

This week Ps Louis Els shared a word which was titled “To Love Your Neighbour”. God is anointing us to take the good news of the Kingdom in the power of the Spirit to a lost and dying world. Looking at the whole world can be overwhelming but through the parable of the good Samaritan, Jesus is teaching us that you can make an impact on the whole community by being a good Samaritan to one person.

This week Ps Dylan Long shared an excellent word on “Destined for Darkness”. As Christians, we sometimes believe that we should stay away from darkness. But when we look at the life of Jesus, He spent time with tax collectors, prostitutes, and sinners. If we are called to be the light of the world, we are called to be in darkness.

This week Ps Edwin Fillies shared an excellent word on “Let The Nations Be Glad”. This word is about the fact that we can rejoice in the Lord and know that we are blessed. God blesses us in many ways and we can rejoice knowing that it is not based on our good deeds but on His good nature. We are blessed to be a blessing for other people
