Jesus was topical often when teaching to His disciples or in crowds. Anger is definitely one of those topics. Leaving a legacy seems to be something important across the board for mankind. If you died today, what do you think people would remember you for? There should be only one reason to live, to make Jesus known. With that as your purpose in life God will show you a much better way to live than for ourselves. 

Jesus' teaching throughout the Bible seems farfetched at times. Backwards from what our western society teaches, Jesus teaches the last will be first and the first will be last... As different as His teachings are, they are true and by following them they bring life to the full. Feeling worthless is a common struggle in our society. The truth is that Jesus still died for you in love so that you could be with Him forever. God wants to bring value to your life and show you that He is worth being confident in. Give God control of your life. It's worth it!

God is for you. No matter what you are going through God is for you. He wants you to win. He wants you to be filled with unending joy. Sometimes the masks of our lives just get in the way of that. Let's let the love of Jesus, who loves us for who we are under the mask, shine through.

You may think your family is the craziest family out there and you just may be right about that but, God can work through the dysfunction. Jesus had a dysfunctional family himself. He can relate to us in the same way and He also brings life throughout it all.
