Have you ever felt like you’re doing a lot for God but not really with Him? You show up, you serve, you try hard—but deep down, it feels more like striving than abiding. In 2 Corinthians 6, Paul shifts our perspective. He reminds us that life with Jesus isn’t about performance—it’s about partnership. It’s not “God, bless what I’m doing,” but “God, what are You doing—and how can I join You?”

Let’s be honest—life is messy. People hurt us. We hurt people. And sometimes, the hardest part is the pain we carry from what we’ve done. Guilt, shame, bitterness—these burdens often feel too heavy to shake. But 2 Corinthians 5 gives us hope. It reminds us that the heart of the Gospel isn’t just about being saved—it’s about being made new. And through that newness, we’re invited to extend the same...

Paul reminds us we’re not living for this tent (our temporary, earthly body), but for a heavenly home that lasts forever. Life now can feel fragile—like camping in a tent. But God is preparing something permanent. We groan, we wait, but we live by faith, not sight (v7). So what do we do? We live for what lasts.

We live in a world that celebrates strength, polish, and perfection—but Paul turns that idea upside down. In 2 Corinthians 4:7–12, he reminds us that God’s power isn’t shown through our strength, but through our weakness. We are jars of clay, ordinary and breakable, yet filled with the extraordinary treasure of Christ.

In Exodus 16, the Israelites journey through the wilderness and begin complaining about hunger, longing for the food they had in Egypt. God provides manna (bread from heaven) each morning and quail in the evening, instructing them to gather only what they need daily, except on the sixth day when they collect double for the Sabbath. Exodus 15 begins with Moses and the Israelites singing a song of victory, praising God for drowning Pharaoh’s army in the Red Sea, while Miriam leads the women in joyful worship. Soon after, the people complain about bitter water at Marah, but God makes it drinkable, promising protection if they obey Him, and then leads them to Elim, a place of abundant water and rest.

Exodus 13-14 tells the story of God leading the Israelites out of Egypt, parting the Red Sea, and making a way where there seemed to be no way.

The LORD finally sends a plague that does force Pharaoh’s hand—the killing of every Egyptian firstborn son. The Israelites flee into the desert.

To force Pharaoh’s hand, the LORD sends nine plagues, but Pharaoh still doesn’t free the Israelites.

The Israelites lose their courage as Pharaoh increases their labor.

Moses is reluctant to lead this mission. Eventually, he agrees and tells the Israelites God’s plan.

God hears the Israelites’ cries and determines to save them through an unlikely leader, Moses.

In this powerful message, we dive into Exodus 1 and explore how God's people faced oppression in Egypt but continued to multiply and thrive. Even in the midst of suffering, God's plan was unfolding, preparing the way for deliverance.
