Riverside CC teaching pro Matt Baird won the Utah Section PGA Match Play at Hubbard GC with a 5 and 4 victory over Tommy Sharp in the final. Haley Sturgeon played her way to the semis before falling to Baird on the 23rd hole. Baird and Sturgeon join the pod. 

Davis Park Head Pro Zach Johnson wins the North Salt Lake Open by three over Henry White. Ryan Rhees takes the senior pro division, Payton Hastings the ams. Johnson joins the pod. 

Former Sonoma State horse Justin Shluker wins the Richard C. Kramer Salt Lake City Amateur at Bonneville by three over Ryan Brimley. Shluker joins the pod.

The NCAA Golf Championship got off to a strange start for the BYU Cougars as they played their third round on Thursday prior to the Friday start of the tournament. Round 3 is scheduled for Sunday, a day on which the Cougs don't play. The team joins the pod.

A cool Utah spring is getting warmer with several tournaments in the books. Keanu Akina wins the Thanksgiving Point Am with a course record-tying 62 in the mix. Devin Tovey takes the Glen Eagle Am. Mark Owen wins the Gladstan Open and Remington Newell is low am. Tovey joins the pod.
