The new edition of the USCIS Form N-400 Application for Naturalization is dated 09/17/19. It expires 09/30/2022. There are only two changes to the N-400 (09/17/19) 1) The expiration date (09/30/2022). 2) A dynamic bar code encodes info as the N-400 is filled out online.
