Minister in the presidency Khumbuzo Ntshaveni says Cabinet has approved the national state enterprise bill following the submission of a bill to Parliament for the establishment of a state-owned holding company, SOC Limited. Auditor General Tsakani Maluleke says the number of clean audits has increased significantly.
