Several roads have been closed in Maclear, Barkley East, Elliot and Ngcobo in the Eastern Cape due to heavy snow falls overnight. More than 30 cm of snow has fallen in low lying areas, covering most of the roads in various farming towns. Fundiswa Mhlekude reports....
