Too many times, I've hidden behind plastic smiles and fake hellos to pretend like I was okay. Today, I am brave enough to be honest with where I'm at knowing that there's grace enough to cover my fears and my truths.

I can't hold onto these fears and expect my heart to also receive the healing it needs to love again. Here is how I am walking through the insecurities that used to own and define me. When we are becoming new, the old can't come with us.

I have to get honest about the fear that surrounds me. I have to slow down enough to ask fear what its message is to me...and when I do, I'm surprised by its response.

Easier said than done. When life overwhelms you, we can pause and remember that God loves us. He didn't need our help with the sunrise today, and when we learn that God's really got us, it allows us to breathe and to just be.

I am not my storm. I am a child of God and I will rise through this storm. Come hell or high water, God's got us, and I'm not backing down.

Your purpose is still there. No matter your journey, no matter the struggle, you are priceless.

We have more strength in us than we realize. If we can hold on for 10 seconds and trust that God's got us, the miracles will unfold.

What do you really want? Your actions tell on you. But let's learn to take our doubts and worries with us as we look for God to show up.

Too many times, we've been told to "suck it up," and I'm here to say, "Stop it!". Allow the tears to flow and allow the breakthrough to come.
