The UCD Centre for the History of Medicine in Ireland is based in the School of History at University College Dublin. CHOMI is an interdisciplinary research centre dedicated to the study of the medical humanities. Established in 2006, the Centre seeks to promote the study of the social and cultural history of medicine. Its research and other activities are supported by a range of funding bodies. This podcast features recordings of academic papers on the history of medicine and medical humanities which were given at CHOMI events in University College Dublin, and other venues in Ireland.
