Merry Christmas, Caps fam. It's been a crazy couple of weeks with a lot of games for our team. We catch up on the past 4 games and look ahead to another double header this week for the Caps. We also catch up with Gemma Potter and get an update on her rehab and talk about what a special group the Caps team is.

Things are looking up for our team, fresh off a greatly improved performance in Adelaide last round, the UC Caps are at home tomorrow and have their best chance this season to seal their first win. We talk about a dramatic WNBL Round Four both on and off the court and introduce another new addition to the UC Caps family.

This week we are on the Gold Coast trying desperately to hide from the chaos of Schoolies Week. Meanwhile, back in Canberra, the Capital's chaotic season continues with the news that Dekeiya Cohen has parted ways with the UC Capitals and is heading home to the US. Well, that was a weekend we all could have done without! The opening round saw 2 losses, a season-ending injury for Gemma Potter and a bad ankle roll for Jade Melbourne that will see her out for 3 weeks!  Not the start that we wanted but plenty of highlights and strong performances to get us excited for the rest of the season.
