Spain! Sontarans! Another Doctor! Lots of elements in this story that you'd think would make an exciting story but at 3 episodes is it a bit slow and uneventful like one of Doña Arana's house parties?    

Season 22 continues and there's more violence. Join Mark, Sarah, Arak and Etta to discuss if justified...

Season 22 begins with the return of the Cybermen. We're hoping that the Doctor and Peri are on better terms than before. Sarah gets used to the new 45min format.

Looking back and celebrating our most memorable moments from season 21. 

Rounding off season 21 and it's all change. The 6th Doctor is here - after not giving a great first impression last week, will we warm to him here? Trauma-watch is launched for Peri. 

As we go into 2024 we reach the end of the fifth doctor's era. Sarah has no idea this is going to happen. Often rated as the best classic doctor who story - which Mark agrees with - but will Sarah?

As we arrive in sunny Lanzaraote we happen to meet Peri who wants to leave home and travel - what a coincidence and the Doctor needs a new companion now Turlough is leaving after meeting is brother - Malcolm. 

In this mini episode we take a trip to London and Mark tries to get Sarah to enjoy location visits...

The Daleks and Davros make a return and Tegan decides to leave. Lots of going on this week, loads of characters - many don't have anything to do with the plot. We also talk a bit about about the latest Who episode - The Giggle! 

The Earth is hungry and so are we for some character development for Turlough.

It's a 2 parter so in theory Sarah should enjoy this one...

Season 21 gets off to a Myrka start with Warriors of the Deep. The Silurians return and bring along the Sea Devils for extra impact - but does anything actually happen until the last 5 mins?

In the 60th anniversary month we've reached the 20th anniversary special -  The Five Doctors. With lots of returning characters and actors it's exciting to see who has and hasn't returned. 

It's a two parter which makes Sarah very happy, plus a favourite of hers is back - although how early did she notice? Mark has special birthday memories of this story. 

The trilogy comes to an end as Trowbridge has to make a choice. The image of the ships in space is classic doctor who but will Sarah like this story despite the Black Guardian storyline dragging...

The Black Guardian trilogy continues, well not much actually happens there as Turlough is trapped for most of it. It's time for Nyssa to take the limelight (and her skirt off) as we see her decide to stay and help cure lazars...

Waking or sleeping we continue our watch of Doctor Who. Mawdryn Undead has got to be the coolest title ever plus the return of the Brigadier, Nyssa's new outfit and Turlough crashes the party...

Tegan gets taken over by the Mara again. There's lots of world building here but is it as interesting as Nyssa's new outfit?

Season 20 gets off to a start with some Amsterdam action, lucky that the hostel lady is so helpful. Tegan rejoins the Doctor and Nyssa, but clothes-watch wants a word...

Heathrow is ready to host the awards ceremony celebrating season 19...
