Two Broad Casters

While spending a week together in a magically little village the Two Broads recorded four podcasts and this one is all about where they found themselves.  A visual mental vacation to share and perhaps a place to put on your to go list.  Enjoy!

In this episode the two broads discuss how amazing the human body is and seemingly the disconnect in our realization of the miracle it is.  We treat our bodies haphazardly until a system starts to go down.  We discuss how we should consider striving to change our relationship with food and our own self worth.
