I've been very curious about this take on the classic tv show, to say the least... It's just still so damn strange that Rob Zombie is directing a PG version of this. But then again, normalcy has never been a thing for Rob Zombie and company. While I was expecting a hardcore version of this on screen, I'm open to see how much Zombie tends to pull back on the usual raw content that divides fans out...

I'm going to start by saying this: This movie's concept is absolutely ridiculous... And I'm going to end with this: I am absolutely curious as to how this will play out on screen. I'm a glutton for silly punishment when characters are adrenaline junkies. Enjoy, folks.

Well, Constantin, Capcom, and now Netflix have decided that the Resident Evil reboot we got fairly recently wasn't enough for fans... We're heading back to Raccoon City yet AGAIN. Not that I'm tired of these luxurious visits or anything, but I'd just rather have some consistency with this property on screen. Finally had a chance to get back into this series yesterday and every time I do, it reminds me why I got immediately invested in the first place... This always has the perfect balance of black excellence and foolishness each time around. Enjoy, people.

Being as though this movie was recommended by a few people over the course of a few days, I felt obligated to give it a fair spin... Concept wise, I thought of movies like Stay Alive, BrainScan, and Arcade. Execution wise, this wasn't what I expected it to be.
