The academic cocktail of singing lessons, language learning, acting, history of European performance, and stage production is what the TXST Opera program is built on. Director Marc Reynolds and student Mikayla Wallis shine a light on the beauty and depth of the age-old form of entertainment that still remains a flourishing art here at TXST.

The TXST eSports team has won championships, hosted intercollegiate competitions, and put together weekly showdowns of some of the most played games in the industry. President Enrique de la Torre and Super Smash Bros. captain Ray Rodriguez chat with Giselle about the ins and outs of the sport, the mental strategy it takes, and the kind of community it has built on TXST's campus. 

Fencing is one of the oldest sports in history, dating back to kings and queens and duels that have lasted in our collective consciousness for years. The TXST Fencing club is also the longest standing sports club at TXST, which is what Tim Grimshaw and Paul Schimelman explain to us as they describe their graceful and lethal sport.

From freshman year to changing your major more times than you want to admit, finding your people, and late nights at Sewell Park. That's the college experience at TXST.
