Five-year-old Summer Moon-Utah Wells vanished from her Tennessee home on June 15th, 2001. Rose Bly disappeared from St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin in August 2009. Rose is Summer’s aunt, the sister of Summer’s mom Candus. As of now, neither has been found.
