When you can work from anywhere, what added benefits can an office provide that you can't have elsewhere? The main differentiator: human connection. That "serendipitous encounter" adds something of value that goes far beyond sending an email or making a phone call. Beyond that, you may have multiple spaces designed specifically for different work behaviors that you don't have other places.
