Travelling Inside Out

Today is World Mental Health Day and when the journey within is the focus, Alina had to talk about some of the tools that she uses to cope with her mental health struggles. And the comfort zone stories are about challenging your biases against mental patients and challenging the norm of what to do after graduating high school.

Alina shares her experience of flying from Iceland to Romania through Milano. Food poisoning (or whatever it was) doesn't mix well with an almost 24 h trip. 

Alina rambles about her first experience at an Icelandic summer house. Seeing a mouse inside while being all by herself was not a pleasant experience.
