Pastor Damon Howell loves Jesus and serves Him as the Equipping Pastor at The Blended Church in Indianapolis. Damon has a degree in Biology from Wabash College , where he later worked as the Sr. Assistant Director of Admissions from 1998 to 2008.  Damon is married to Terri, and they have two daughters, Sierra and Kaya.
