Two year old Amari was reported missing on May 5, 2021 by his Mother Tayler Nicholson and her boyfriend Terrell Rhodes.  His body was found on May 12, 2021 not far from the apartment he was living at.  Terrell Rhodes has been charged with his murder.  

Josh Duggar, former reality TV star has been charged with possession of child pornography.  He has a history of molesting minors, includning his own sisters.  Why was he able to walk out of jail?

The state and defense gave their closing arguments on Monday April 19, 2021.  They jury deliberated for 10 plus hours before reaching a decision.

The code of silence was broken this week when prominent police officials including the Chief of Police testified against Derek Chauvin.  We heard riveting testimony from Dr. Martin Tobin, and the medical examiner Dr. Andrew Baker.  

Opening statements started on Monday March 29, 2021. The state is trying to prove Derek Chauvin used deadly force which resulted in the death of George Floyd.  The defense is saying George Floyd died from a drug over dose and Derek Chauvin's knee was not a deadly weapon.  Force was needed because George Floyd was a threat to himself and his fellow officers.  The crowd is being blamed for aggressio...

Caylee Anthony was a sweet, loving two year girl old who went missing in June 2008.  Her mother Casey Anthony was tried and vindicated of her daughters murder in 2011.  The case rocked the nation for years.  

Four year old Maleah Davis was last seen on April 30, 2019. She has been described as a sweet, loving, fun girl who enjoyed My Little Pony and the color pink. What happened to her? Who failed her? We will discuss her case on the first episode of the Toxic Mom Poscast

Derek Chauvin's trial is underway with jury selection.  12 have been seated, next week concludes with selecting alternates.  Opening statements are to start on March 29, 2021.
