Join us this Sunday when Lu will continue our series: The Pursuit of Integrity. She will be sharing from the Letter of James, Chapter 3:1-12. “With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we also curse human beings who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth comes praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.” (James 3: 9-10)

This Sunday, Phil will be focusing on James 2: 1-13. "Love your neighbour as yourself" has been described as 'The cornerstone for biblical ethics' or, as James puts it, 'The Royal Law.' 🤔 Who is our neighbour? 🤔 Do we truly love as Jesus commanded? We'll explore these questions together.

This day, our American intern Meagan will be sharing her journey to faith, and exploring how the Lord can meet with each of us wherever we are.

We will be exploring how Jesus responds to need, to faith, and to kindness. We will also be asking some important questions: Does Jesus still set people free from demonic oppression? Can He heal us from long-term health challenges? If so, how does it happen?

Our private motivations behind our seeking of Jesus can change how He chooses to respond to us. Over the next two Sundays, Ade will be unpacking Mark Chapter 7 and looking at four different approaches to Jesus, and how Jesus chooses to respond.

Ade writes: “We have to be careful how we live, so that we don’t miss what God is doing. He has purposes and plans for each of us in 2023 and we don’t want to miss them.”
