We caught up with SA road cyclist Daryl Impey following his victory down under. We also spoke to Pakistan head coach Mickey Arthur ahead of the final ODI against South Africa. We then hosted former Proteas spin bowler Paul Adams, live at our Cape Town studio.

We went over to France and caught up with former Springboks and Sharks flyhalf Pat Lambie, following his retirement from Rugby over the weekend to protect his health. Tiso Black Star sports reporter Khanyiso Tshwaku also joined to pay tribute to Lambie. Part2 of our look into school sport and tonight we looked at school's football. We spoke to the President of SASFA Mandla Mazibuko.

We spoke to the former Netball Proteas captain Zanele Mdodana to reflect on the quad series in England. We were also joined by the Director General for the department of sport Alec Moemi to explain to us draft school policy for public schools and different roles of all stakeholders. Founder of Physical Education Institute of South Africa Norman Mphake was also part of the conversation.

Flash Back Friday - Our guest was former South African cricket captain and coach Gary Kirsten. We also revisited the Orkey disaster story where 42 fans lost their lives in a stampede during a friendly match between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates. Former Leeds United coach Howard Wilkinson joined us to pay tribute to the late Phil Masinga. For careers in Sport we were joined in studio by Orlando Pirates assistant coach Rulani Mokwena, talking about what it takes to be a coach.

We dedicated a big part of the show to the late Phil Masinga. Paying tribute were Leeds United Supporters Trust Vice-Chairman Robert Endeacott, Lucas Radebe, former Sundowns striker Raphael Chukwu. SA Masters and Legends Football Association President Buddha Mathathe also featured. We also caught with Proteas batsman and stand-in captain Dean Elgar.
