It's Episode 254 and we've finished the 1st week of the NFL playoffs. The 7 seeds weren't competitive but neither were the 6 seeds. As we predicted, the wild card round wasn't very good but we're expecting better this weekend.

On Episode 253 we mourn the passing of our TV dad Bob Saget. We then cover Disney's strange Pixar decisions, season 2 of White Lotus, and the Golden Globes which actually happened before discussing the upcoming Bel-Air, a serious take on the Fresh Prince. On Episode 253 we cover the end of the NFL season and mourn the latest Chargers failure before previewing the lackluster Wild Card weekend slate of games. We then review Georgia's College Football Championship win and discuss the return of Klay Thompson to the Warriors.

It's Episode 252 and we're in a new year which means there was Rose Parade and we've got a first person review of the event. We also cover a couple movie delays, some interesting casting news, and a Fast and Furious feud. On Episode 252 we talk about the middling Lakers and Clippers, DeMar DeRozan game winners and Kyrie's return among other NBA stories. We then review the bowl games and the disappointment of cancelled games before previewing the title game. We then look at the playoff picture in the NFL and reflect on the long career of Ben Roethlisberger.

On Episode 251 we close out another year with our Best of 2021. We've got clips from January to December covering all kinds of news through this past year.

It's Episode 250 and while Adam McKay's new movies isn't even out on Netflix yet, he's already set up his next with Apple TV+. We've also got a bunch of new trailers for upcoming shows and movies including Halo, a crazy Nicolas Cage movie, and HBO's Lakers show. With just 4 weeks left there are still so many teams still alive but we cover the current state of the playoff race.

On Episode 249 we begin with the impending holidays and how all that is going to affect us in the coming weeks. We then cover some news including an HBO Max spinoff series with Colin Farrell's Penguin and a Fred Astaire biopic starring Tom Holland. It's Episode 249 and the Blazers are having a tough time this season. The GM is out, Lillard is making demands, and they're barely even mediocre. We also cover the MLB lockout as well as all the conference championship games and the resulting bowl matchups before reviewing week 13 in the NFL.

It's Episode 248 and Magic Mike is back. Channing Tatum and Steven Soderbergh are coming back for a 3rd Magic Mike and Tom Holland is doing 3 more Spider-Mans. On Episode 248 we review the big moves in baseball before discussing the incredibly hot Warriors and Suns in the NBA and how Curry is more annoying than ever. We then celebrate Michigan's win and cover the huge coaching changes in college football before reviewing week 12 in the NFL.

It's episode 247 and Kevin Spacey is somehow in the news. It turns out the producers of House of Cards sued him and now he owes millions. On Episode 247 LeBron has gotten himself suspended. We then preview a huge college basketball game that's already happened and talk about Wander Franco's big extension. The latest college football playoff rankings are out and Cincinnati is finally in the top 4 but can they keep that spot? We also review week 11 in the NFL and complain about the Thanksgiving games this week.

It's Episode 246 and we've now had 2 years of Disney+. In celebration we've got a bunch of new things announced for the service but it's not everything we wanted. A new Predator movie has been confirmed but it's for Hulu and Mel Gibson is directing Lethal Weapon 5. What We're Watching: Jungle Cruise Cruella Dune Home Sweet Home Alone

On Episode 246 we have some early thoughts on the NBA season and discuss a couple of MLB signings before turning to football. Oklahoma finally lost but no changes in the playoff rankings. We then look at an uneven week 10 in the NFL. We had teams bounce back from bad losses but even more bad losses from teams like the Rams and Bucs. We can't make any sense of it.

On Episode 245 we talk about our own aging problems before discussing the latest movie news. Leonardo DiCaprio is set to play cult leader Jim Jones, the Foo Fighters have made a horror movie, and expect some Disney announcements this Friday. It's Episode 244 and we're two weeks into the new NBA season. What kinds of conclusions can we draw. Is James Harden done as an NBA star without 10+ free throws a game? We also congratulate the Braves or maybe the Astros on winning the World Series before looking at the 1st college football rankings. We then review week 8 of the NFL and its trade deadline.

On Episode 243 we start on a down note with the tragedy on the set of Alec Baldwin's film Rust. We then confirm Dune Part 2 and discuss some movie news involving Brendan Fraser, Ryan Gosling, and Bill Murray. The Raiders are in 1st without Gruden, Joe Burrow is looking like a #1 pick, and Arizona is still undefeated.

On Episode 242 we find ourselves back in the DC Fandome with new trailers for The Batman, The Flash, and Black Adam. Mel Gibson is heading to TV and Disney is delaying all their movies.
