Bitty and Beau's Coffee Shop employing people with disabilities opened in Georgetown. More than 80% of people with IDD are unemployed. In 2016 a North Carolina family opened a coffee shop so their kids Bitty and Beau who have Downs Syndrome had an opportunity for fair employment.
