Tobin shares that he has a mini heart attack every time he gets a Panthers notification because he thinks that the Panthers might really trade Bob, and he is just not emotionally ready for that! Tobin fears that the Heat might need to give up a little more for Giannis which starts a discussion about who might need to be on the chopping block.

Tobin is in sports misery; so Brittney tries to convince to turn his attention to F1 but he says only if she promises to watch UFC Freedom this weekend.
