As people we’ve had multiple parking tickets running a red light is not something we should be proud of. In the context of this episode running a red light can lead to a lot of days in therapy. We see the red flags in front of us and just keep going and usually, the outcome is never a good thing. This could have yes totally been avoided. 

Your boys are starting to age like fine wine and through this maturation, our minds have become illuminated. We didn’t just get here, it has been an active process and this is how we got here 

“Intentional” is another one of the buzzwords that we have been hearing and are we being intentional by talking about being intentional? Okay we need to chill but you get the vibes 

Your boys have been galavanting around Southern Africa recently and decided to catch you up on our adventures, here is our post-mortem report from all the shenanigans  

Devon is a creative director and a music manager who is currently taking over the scene right now. He is currently working with such an amazing roster of artists. We pick his brain on his creative process, some of his favorites, and his general assessment of what he sees in the game right now. 

We sit in a really weird intersection between having friends that can bar you to death and friends that can’t count a bar. However this raises the subject of having honest conversations with your friends and giving honest and genuine feedback. A slippery slope for sure, this should be a fun one.  

How do you actual make tangible process in this thing we call life?  It is really simple, take "small bites." Start your day by going smaller. Even smaller than that. Begin with the thing you hate the most. Say you hate stretching. Stretch just one joint. Just one. There — at least you started. Tomorrow, maybe add a tiny bit more.

Ladies and Gentlemen, clout is one hell of a drug. We see it a lot in some of the spaces that we frequent. It is time for an open and honest conversation about the clout and how the pursuit of it can lead you astray.

This is about to be some foolishness. Going through the journey of feeling out a new person and understanding your compatibility or lack thereof is an interesting process. It may take a week may take a month we come to the realization that we’re not complementing each other and it’s best to go our separate ways.

Sometimes you leave your lights on and boom rushing out for that 8 am meeting and your battery is dead. Life can be like too and a handy pair of jumper cables is exactly what the mechanic ordered to get you going again. P.S. Can we start scheduling meetings at decent times?

As avid comic book readers in our youth, one of the worst parts about growing up is understanding that superheroes aren’t real. Elon Musk could be Iron Man if he wanted, but that is a different story for another day. Ultimately there is no knight in shining armor coming to rescue you from your situation, however, the person you see in the mirror every day has the power to change it.

Yo, we all have that one friend that is perpetually single and the funny thing is they always have the solution to your domestics. In this episode, we unpack some of the advice the “coaches” gave us and how that turned out.

Being in a relationship can be tough, ultimately it takes two to tango to make a winning partnership. Teamwork makes the dream work, but there are so many things that you can learn/unlearn on your own to pull your weight.

Our minds are such powerful tools. It’s imperative that we ensure that ultimately they are being used for our attainment and success, instead of being a weapon of self-destruction. These are a couple of things we make sure to keep an eye on.

Drinkcember is the season to drink, eat, party, be merry, let your hair down, dance like you just don’t care…you get the gist. For so many people in our audience, they get to travel home and see some old familiar faces and it is an incredible time to reconnect and bond with our close family and friends.

Our regrets can help inform our future decisions. If you have been listening to us for a while you know we have made some questionable choices from time to time. Are there things you regret?

Trigger warning ahead, this might become a sticky one. The closure is something that all of us deal, with or don’t deal with. It affects a lot of our relationships, and there is a multitude of directions that this can go. We are going to unpack it all today.
