As a leader we can get comfortable and lead on auto pilot. Never adjusting and never growing. But a leader that is adjusting and constantly learning, is like a manual transmission, when you shift the gears at the right time at the right place the car run smooth. When we’re on automatic we will tend to overlook things. Be a leader that adjust to each of his members and that never stops learning.

A leader can work within team as well as lead a team. Things to remember: be positive/communication that helps get to group goal/give respect/be all in even if it’s not all about you/a willing leadership is better then a micro manager/and adapt on the spot.
