This weekend we take a break from our Mark series to spend four weekends preparing for Christmas. Our series, ‘Promises Kept’ will focus primarily on the Old Testament prophecies and promises God made about the coming of Jesus to rescue us - we’re looking at the Christmas story from a fresh angle!

This weekend we are looking at Mark 12:28-34 with Dick Foth, as Jesus is being questioned during Passover Week in the temple courts of Jerusalem. One man, with no hidden agenda, asks Him, THE VERY BEST QUESTION. The question and the answer are "right on target" for our world today!"

In many places around the world the message of Jesus is not welcome. This weekend we launch our Missions theme for the next year “Whispers of Faith”. We will discover how Bible Translation and The Persecuted Church are woven together in the hardest to reach areas of the world.

In this week’s passage from Mark 12:18-27, Jesus is posed a question that has to do with the resurrection, marriage, and angels. Jesus’ response is challenging to the religious leaders and to us today. Tune in as Pastor Donny unpacks “A Question for Beyond.”

In this message Pastor Mackenzie Matthews explores Mark 12.13-17 when Jesus is asked a loaded question about taxes and gives a stunning response. Everyone present was challenged by Jesus’ response, and it is still just as challenging for us today. What does it look like to show honor and respect to our governing leaders while remembering it is in God alone we place our hope and worship?

Join us this weekend as we talk through one of the parables of Jesus in Mark chapter 12. The parable of the tenants is jam packed with teachings and illustrations that are applicable to our lives today! It’s going to be a powerful time of worship and teaching. Student Weekend is a weekend when we get to celebrate students. We get to have a sneak peek into Timberline Student Ministries and see how God is moving in the lives of students. We are pumped to be together.
