Three Cheap Seats

Thinking this was a light news week we still managed to fill an hour diving in to the bits and pieces we picked up this past week. Cabaret is coming to Broadway, The Shark is Broken has some new key players, and Prima Facie is out here setting records. Once Upon a One More Time closing predictions episode!

Gavin apologizes, he selected the wrong audio input but luckily Liam sounds magnificent. This is our recap episode of the 76th annual Tony Awards, and all this news this past week. We pronounced Funny Girl dead, but later found out that Lea Michele was in fact on vacation this week and out of the show, which explains the numbers at the box office.

A hefty episode for today's program, we had a lot of news to get through, it seemed like this past Monday was the busiest news day in a long time. The news, grosses and TONY PREDICTIONS propelled us to a long pod today. It's the last episode before the 76th annual Tony Awards, join us friends!

We are finally back and in the same place. Liam is home from his semester in Florence, and Gavin is back from his week in Europe. What great timing! We have West End Theatre, two weeks of gross, and TONS of news to dive into. Join us! Apoligies for poor audio quality, this is a backup recording.

Liam started off the show in a bad mood, as his F1 race was sadly taken from him. Nonetheless, we recapped a pretty hefty week of bway news, and dove into why there are a whopping 8 shows operating at/below 70% capacity

Quicker episode today, got through the struggles of Bad Cinderella and found out that Liam has a virus on his computer! I guess pirated sheet music isn't quite worth it.

We are so so close to Tony nomination time, and we had so so much to get into this week. Lots of news, opening nights, review recaps, and some Tony predictions.

Much more to catch up on this week, but the largest piece of news was that this week was the final performances of the Phantom of the Opera on Broadway.

There has been a Newsies infiltration of the union! Liam and Gavin are back together and couldn't be happier. A relatively slow week, but so much to catch up on!

Gavin is on spring break this week and so Liam gave a quick update on everything that went down this past week on Broadway.

We lost Liam at the end of the show, but had so much fun and the debut of field reporter Nick Sokolofsky. He gave us his full rundown of the experience that is Bad Cinderella, and we dove into the plethora of news from this week. 

So much cool stuff today! Many tidbits for the guys to cover. We had two weeks grosses, Liam gave us a French lesson, and even a look into Gavin's favorite composer's new show!

Pretty chill episode today, we covered the new ticket incentives for Parade, TONS of casting announcements, and played with the Broadway League database. No grosses yet at time of record, so we had to make do without them.

We had so so much to chat about today! The biggest news of the week, Ambassador Theatre Group is joining forces with Jujamcyn, Jerry Mitchell is booked until 2035, and all the news!

Liam is back on a very special mid week episode. We are on our Tuesday podcast grind, and have a wonderful episode in store for you today.

Gavin did his first ever SOLO episode today! Liam is enjoying all that there is to love about the West End and will hopefully be rejoining us next week. Gavin talked about Kids Night, new Wicked casting, and AI-Generated musicals? Craziness.
